How does this agreement define our technical relationship?
Welcome to Xavelyndra, located at 345 Fitness Plaza, Miami. By accessing our dual-service facility—whether for automotive repair or physiological training—you are entering into a binding agreement that ensures the safety, integrity, and performance of every individual and machine on our premises.
These terms govern all interactions within our facility, digital presence at xavelyndra.live, and our scheduled maintenance or training cycles. We operate on the principle of technical transparency; we provide the data, you provide the commitment.

Mechanical Dominion
Covers all diagnostic telemetry, full-system audits, precision performance tuning, and preventative maintenance protocols executed within our Miami workshop bays.
Physiological Territory
Governs access to the Strength Lab, recovery zones, power racks, and individual physiological coaching cycles focused on long-term peak output.
Usage of the word "Safe" or "Xavelyndra" throughout this document refers to the corporate entity providing these dual-performance services. All actions on-site are subject to the safety protocols outlined in our Standard operating procedures.
Operational Boundary
We provide the infrastructure for performance. We do not provide medical diagnosis, nor do we act as legal arbiters in automotive disputes involving third-party modifications.

The Facility
The physical premises located at 345 Fitness Plaza, including all specialized workshop bays, Strength Lab areas, recovery zones, and common interaction points. This term also extends to our digital monitoring systems and telemetry hardware used on-site.
Performance Membership
The contractual right to access specific facility services. Whether for Auto, Fitness, or the Dual Performance Suite, membership is contingent upon adherence to our technical standards and safety protocols. All memberships are non-transferable without prior mechanical or administrative audit.
Diagnostic Telemetry
Raw data collected from vehicle ECUs or wearable physiological monitoring during authorized training or repair cycles. Xavelyndra retains the right to utilize anonymized telemetry for facility calibration and safety research.

What are your obligations in the performance void?
Workshop Etiquette

Facility usage involves inherent risks. By entering Xavelyndra, you assume all risk of loss or injury, whether physical or mechanical. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct service fees paid for the specific diagnostic or training cycle in question.
05 // Legal Recourse
What are your rights under our governance?
You have the right to request a full audit of your mechanical or physiological service history. You may terminate your performance membership at any time, subject to the notice periods defined in your specific membership suite.
